A full policy is being prepared with counsel before launch. The practices it will describe are these.

Property searches. You can run a free property snapshot without an account. We record searches to understand which counties to bring online next.

Payments. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store them.

Parcel data. The parcel, ownership and valuation records in a report come from public government sources and are public records in Montana. We do not add private information about occupants, and owner details are withheld from our public sample report.

What we do not do. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not pass your details to contractors or other professionals without you asking us to.
