For professionals
Built for buyers. Powerful for professionals.
A buyer reads one report at a decision point. You run them on every parcel that crosses your desk. Same analysis, different rhythm.
Realtors
Land clients ask questions you were never licensed to answer — can they build, will septic work, is there legal access. Hand them a document that answers what public data can answer and names the office for the rest. It positions you as the agent who did the work, and it keeps you out of the business of giving engineering opinions.
Builders & excavators
Screen a site before you price the job. Slope distribution, the largest coherent gentle area, shallow bedrock, high spring water table and mapped wetlands are the four things that most often turn a quoted site-work number into a change order.
Architects
Terrain, aspect, relief and constraint mapping before schematic design rather than after. Knowing that a parcel has 42 coherent acres below 10% slope on a west aspect changes the first sketch, not the fifth.
Developers & investors
Screen parcels for floodplain overlap, mapped wetlands, access uncertainty and regulatory unknowns before tying up capital or paying for diligence. The complexity score exists to be sorted on.
Being straight with you about what exists today
Today you can run individual reports at $49 per property, and the report is designed to be shared with a client or attached to a listing packet. Saved properties, watchlists, multi-parcel comparison, branded client-ready PDFs and team accounts are architected but not yet built. We are not going to pretend otherwise on a page aimed at professionals — you would find out in about four minutes.
If you run enough Montana land volume that those features matter, tell us which ones and in what order. That is genuinely how we will decide what to build next.
