Talk to a person

A real person reads these, usually the same day. If something in a report looks wrong, this is the most useful message you can send us — tell us which figure and what you expected, and we will check it against the source and tell you what we find.

Refunds

If a report was not useful to you, tell us and we will refund it. You do not need to justify it and we will not argue about it. Reports are delivered instantly, so the honest position is that the risk sits with us rather than you.

If a figure looks wrong

Send the parcel and the figure. Every number in a report traces to a named public dataset, so a disagreement is checkable rather than a matter of opinion — and if we got it wrong, we would rather know than not.

What we cannot do

We cannot tell you whether to buy a property, act as your engineer, surveyor or lawyer, or approve anything. Those answers come from a site visit, a survey and the county. The disclaimer is specific about where the line sits.

Before you write

The FAQ answers the questions we get most, and data sources lists every dataset with what it can and cannot tell you.
